We want all of our customers to be delighted with their order, and work hard to make this happen.
In the rare event that there is an issue with your order, this page sets out what our policies are with regards to returns/refunds.
We offer the opportunity to order any three items from our website and only pay the postage costs - you can find out more about this by clicking here.
We accept the return of sample orders within 14 days of receipt provided that the sample items are unopened and in a resalable condition. The return postage is to be paid by the buyer and refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt of the return. To initiate the return of a sample order please contact us via email.
If you have decided you no longer wish to proceed with your order, provided your order has not been sent to print you are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund. You will need to confirm your cancellation request via email. We will then confirm your request and a refund will be issued within 7 days.
Please note that once proofs have been approved and the order sent to print, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
As all of the items offered in our store are personalised and cannot be resold, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
If there is an issue with the condition of the items received (e.g. they have been damaged in transit) we will send out replacements free of charge.
In the unfortunate event that there is an issue with your order (e.g. the wording is incorrect) and the items received do not match the proof that was approved we will rectify the mistake by sending replacements free of charge.
If what has been received matches the proofs that were approved, unfortunately replacements would need to be repurchased. It is very important therefore that all proofs are checked carefully and we do remind all customers of this before sending orders to print.
It is important to note that the colours you see on your screen may not match the finished print. This is due to differences in how monitors are calibrated, as well as different cardstocks having different finishes. We therefore, cannot be liable for any perceived discrepancies in the colour of your order.
If a particular colour or finish is important to you, we would always advise ordering a sample item first to verify that you are happy with the colour and finish before proceeding with a larger order.
